Drivers Education detailsThe State of Ohio requires students to be at least 15 years & 5 months old to attend driver's education classes. Students will obtain 24 hours of classroom time, and 8 hours of behind the wheel driving with an instructor. Our classes are divided into 2 week sessions, 4 days a week, with 3 hours per day of classroom time. We offer 2 sessions per month to allow our students flexibility in choosing their schedule. Sessions fill up fairly fast, view our schedule in advance to select the training days that are right for you. Driving Permits are not required for the classroom time, but will be required for behind the wheel driving. See our resources section to learn how to obtain a permit.

Drivers Education class summaryThe Driver's Education classes include videos, short lectures, class discussions, practice tests, games and more. It is an environment that makes learning an enjoyable experience. At times, you might even see Jack, owner and training manager, riding around on a tricycle demonstrating the rules of the road.

Drivers Education and behind the wheel trainingAfter successful completion of the classroom education, students will then schedule 8 hours of behind the wheel training. Students will learn basic driving skills to operate a motor vehicle safely, proper driving techniques, manueveribility, and will also understand the procedures for the DMV road test.

Adult Driver Training

For adults wishing to obtain their drivers license, we offer behind the wheel training and one-on-one classroom training as well. Adult driver training is customized according to the needs of each individual, and therefore has many options. Adults may attend any of our driver education classroom sessions, and/or receive behind the wheel training only. Car Rental

For those that do not have a car and need one to take the driving test, may schedule the use of our vehicles. Many students find it helpful and comfortable taking the driving test in the same car they used for learning and training in. Call us at 330–345–5698 to schedule your testing in one of our cars.
